The Acropolis House and its staff make you feel like family, they help you with your stay and the rooms are clean and your in walking distance to all the major sites in Athens...i go there evey time Im in Athens!..oh yes the breakfasts are delicious!

We had an amazing stay. Arriving in such a grand capital can be daunting but the staff at the Acropolis House helped us (American English speakers with a woeful understanding of Greek) find our way in Athens and beyond. I recommend it highly!

Besonders die zentrale Lage, die fast alle Stadterkundungen zu Fuß ermöglicht, die Offenheit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit im Hotel und auf den Straßen, das bunte und sympathische Leben in den sehr verschiedenen Athener Stadtteilen haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht! I had a fine time at my two stays at Acropolis House last month. I want to say how nice and very helpful the staff were--all of them. Staff morale is very high. This speaks of excellent management. Jasmine and her colleagues at the front desk (it's very impressive that you staff it 24 hours a day), the hard-working ladies who serve breakfast very quickly to a lot of people, and the maids who clean the rooms, were all great.

My husband and I have just returned to Canada from a wonderful trip to Greece. This included staying twice at the Acropolis House. (March and April 2011) Not only is the location excellent, but we found that all the staff at the Acropolis House was very helpful and friendly. We definitely will recommend your family run establishment to anyone travelling to Athens.Friendly, basic, clean, private bathroom, breakfast included.
